摘要
军用电站的服务保障贯穿武器装备型号在交装后的全服役周期管理,是保障装备战备完好并有效发挥作战效能的重要管理与技术活动。在装备的全寿命周期中,服役时间占比超过80%,随着现代装备的发展,军用电站技术服务需要承制单位全方位的服务保障支持(包括技术培训、安装调试、装备维修维护、升级改装、伴随保障、装备延寿或销毁等),传统的技术服务模式已难于满足需要。
The service support of military power station runs through the whole service cycle of the model after delivery and assembly,which is an important management and technical activity to ensure the equipment combat readiness and effectively play the combat effectiveness.In the whole life cycle of equipment,the service time accounts for more than 80%.With the development of modern equipment,the technical service of military power station needs all-round service support from the manufacturer(including technical training,installation and debugging,equipment maintenance,upgrading and refitting,accompanying support,equipment life extension or destruction,etc.),and the traditional technical service mode has been difficult to meet the needs.
