摘要
对建筑用Mg-8Sn-1Mn高强镁合金进行了挤压试验,并进行了不同挤压温度下镁合金的显微组织和力学性能的测试与分析。结果表明:随着挤压温度的升高,Mg-8Sn-1Mn高强镁合金试样的抗拉强度和屈服强度先增大后减小,断后伸长率和平均晶粒尺寸先减小后增大。与300℃挤压相比,390℃挤压温度下试样的抗拉强度、屈服强度增大,平均晶粒尺寸减小。
The extrusion test of Mg-8 Sn-1 Mn high strength magnesium alloy for building was carried out, and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy at different extrusion temperatures were tested and analyzed. The results show that with the increase of extrusion temperature, the tensile strength and yield strength of Mg-8 Sn-1 Mn high strength magnesium alloy increase first and then decrease, the elongation after break and average grain size decrease first and then increase. Compared with those of the extrusion at 300℃, the increase of tensile strength and yield strength increase,and the average grain size decreases.
