摘要
为了解决马桶盖的翘曲变形和表面质量问题,提出一种气体反压注射的方法,通过Moldex3D软件分析预测气体反压工艺塑件存在的可能问题并加以改善。设计了一套气体反压马桶盖模具,利用热流道+冷流道的方式解决了材料浪费和模具偏心问题,采用斜顶+直顶块的联合顶出机构减少了产品变形,同时制定型腔气体反压(GCP)辅助注塑工艺的流程,研发适用于GCP辅助注塑工艺的专用模具型腔气体压力控制系统及控制设备。通过工程实践表明:翘曲变形量减少12.5μm,表面粗糙度减小1.1μm。解决了马桶盖双面高光的问题,具有一定应用价值。
In order to solve the warpage and surface quality problems of toilet lid,a gas back pressure injection method was proposed.The possible problems of plastic parts in gas back pressure process were analyzed and predicted by Moldex3D software and the problems were improved.A set of gas back pressure toilet cover mold was designed.The problems of material waste and mold eccentricity were solved by using hot runner and cold runner.The joint ejection mechanism of inclined top and straight top block was adopted to reduce product deformation.Meanwhile,the process of Gas Counter Pressure(GCP)Assisted Injection Molding,assisted injection molding process was formulated,and the special mold cavity gas pressure control system and control equipment suitable for GCP assisted injection molding process were developed.The engineering practice shows that the warpage is reduced by 12.5μm and the roughness is decreased by 1.1μm.The problem of high gloss on both sides of toilet cover is solved,which has certain application value.
