摘要
在乡村振兴实施的过程中,青年人才是新兴的参与者,但也正面临着多方面的考验与挑战。基于此,论文结合青年人才参与乡村振兴的实际,运用社会支持网络理论,分析当前湘西州青年人才参与乡村振兴的障碍因素,并提出相应对策或改善措施,以促进青年人才助力乡村振兴,提高青年人才助力乡村振兴积极性。
The strategy of rural revitalization put forward at the 19th National Congress of the CPC is an important strategic thought for building a great modern socialist country.Young people are the main force to participate in rural revitalization,but in the process of helping rural revitalization,they face many difficulties.Based on this,the paper combined with the reality of young talents'participation in rural revitalization,and applied theory of social support network to analyze the current obstacles for young talents in Xiangxi to participate in rural revitalization,and put forward corresponding countermeasures or improve⁃ment measures,so as to promote young talents to help rural revitalization and improve their enthusiasm for rural revitalization.
