摘要
针对某纯电动客车在车速20 km/h左右时传动系统异响问题,通过传动系统部件替换排查来确定故障部件为减速箱,通过整车与台架测试制定了下线测试标准。
In order to solve the problem of abnormal sound in the transmission system of an electric bus at the speed of 20 km/h,the authors determine the reducer as the faulty assembly by replacing the transmission system parts for trouble-shooting,and establish the standard for the off-line test through the vehicle and bench test.
