摘要
该文研究了一种用于安全壳气体人员闸门核岛贯穿件上应用的机械端面密封装置,通过分析干摩擦副失效影响因素,选取了多个动静环材料组合,进行试验研究,最终选取高纯度C-WC摩擦副满足了设计要求,填补了国内干式端面密封在核电站安全壳贯穿件上应用研究的空白。
In this paper,a mechanical seal used in the nuclear island penetration of containment gas personnel gate is studied.By analyzing the failure factors of dry seal-pair,several material combinations of dynamic and static rings are selected for experimental research.Finally,high purity C-WC friction pair is selected to meet the design requirements,which is the first study of dry mechanical seal application in the nuclear power plant containment penetration.
