摘要
爆破作为采矿作业的源头工序,其效果好坏直接决定后续的采矿效率和成本,而炸药爆速是影响爆破效果的重要指标之一,因此探索炸药爆速对中深孔爆破效果的影响具有重要的意义。借助ANSYS/LSDYNA爆破分析软件构建中深孔爆破的数值分析模型,采用控制变量法分析炸药爆速对中深孔爆破效果的影响,并从中深孔爆破裂隙效果图以及监测点的应力和剪切应力历程曲线图进行对比分析,得到不同炸药爆速对中深孔爆破的影响规律。研究结果表明:中深孔的爆破效果与炸药爆速密切相关,随炸药爆速的增大,岩体裂隙生成的范围相应加长、加密,岩体更易破碎。
As the source process of mining operation,blasting effect directly determines the subsequent mining efficiency and cost,and explosive detonation rate is one of the important indexes that influence blasting effect.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the influence of explosive detonation rate on medium-deep hole blasting effect.Blasting analysis with the aid of ANSYS/LS-DYNA software to build numerical analysis model of deep hole blasting in the control variable method is used to analyze the explosive rate of deep hole blasting effect,and deep hole blasting fracture effect as well as the monitoring of stress and shear stress history curve,this paper compares and analyzes different explosive detonation velocity of the effect of deep hole blasting in the law.The results show that the blasting effect of medium and deep hole is closely related to the explosive detonation rate,and with the increase of explosive detonation rate,the range of rock mass fracture formation is correspondingly extended and encrypted,and rock mass is more easily broken.
