摘要
在政治建警大背景下,以中国人民警察大学公安政治工作专业建设为例,梳理建设思路、发展目标、实践成果及存在问题。从师资队伍建设、专业课程建设、人才培养过程管理、教学条件建设、拓宽专业特色人才培养路径、提升学术科研能力等方面,提出进一步加强公安政治工作专业建设的对策。
This thesis summaries the construction concept,development goals,practical achievements and existing problems in the specialty construction of the public security political work in China People’s Police University under the background of police’s political loyalty construction,and proposes strengthening the construction in terms of the teaching staff,professional courses,teaching process,teaching conditions,talent training,academic research and other aspects,in order to cultivate high-quality police political work professionals to serve the needs of public security team construction.
