摘要
由于发动机气门的工作环境恶劣,在实际工作过程中经常发生失效,针对气门烧蚀、机械疲劳、伴随高温氧化的热疲劳以及热应力开裂几种常见的失效模式,借助样件的宏观及微观形貌、断口形貌、金相组织变化失效特征,分析了气门损伤机理和原因,并针对具体失效原因,提出了改进的建议和方案。
Due to the harsh working environment of engine valves,failures often occur during actual operation.This article focuses on several common failure modes,such as valve ablation,mechanical fatigue,thermal fatigue accompanied by high temperature oxidation,and thermal stress cracking,with the aid of the failure characteristics of the sample’s macro and micro morphology,fracture morphology,metallographic structure change,the mechanism and causes of valve damage are analyzed.Suggestions and schemes for improvement are proposed in the paper to identify the cause of specific failures.
