“以赛促学”机制下大学生学科竞赛教学管理策略——以视觉传达设计专业为例 被引量:4

摘要 以视觉传达设计专业为例,对“以赛促学”机制下大学生学科竞赛教学管理策略进行分析。学科竞赛在视觉传达设计专业中的优势主要包括提升学生的实践能力、创新能力、团队协作能力。视觉传达设计专业学科竞赛教学管理存在经费投入不足、师资力量不足、组织性不强等问题。应为参与学科竞赛的学生设立不同奖项,向学生推荐知名度较高的广告设计公司或互联网公司,为企业提供专业人才,吸引企业为学科竞赛提供资金赞助。教师要积极关注国内外视觉传达设计专业的学科竞赛相关动态,接触行业内先进的技术和理念,提升自己的专业水平。学科竞赛要有组织性,应建立健全管理体系,科学组织规划流程,有效总结经验,在“以赛促学”机制下对学生的专业学习进行个性化培养,保障学科竞赛的高质量性。要积极联络周边城市及地区的院校,共同组织学科竞赛活动,学习和吸收其他院校的特长,达到相互交流促进的效果。学生通过参加和筹备这些赛事有效提升了学习的丰富性、自主性和创新性。 Through taking Visual Communication Design Major as an example,the research analyzes the teaching management strategy of discipline competition of college students under the mechanism of“the promotion of learning through competition”.The advantages of discipline competition in Visual Communication Design Major mainly include the promotion of student practical,innovative and team cooperation ability.There are some problems in the teaching strategy of discipline competition of Visual Communication Design Major,such as the insufficient investment,insufficient faculty and not strong organization.It is necessary to set different awards for students who participate in discipline competition,recommend advertisement design company and internet company of high popularity for students,and provide professionals for the enterprises,and attract enterprises to provide fund and sponsor for discipline competition.Teachers should actively regard discipline competition related dynamic condition of Visual Communication Design Major at home and abroad,know advanced technology and concept in the industry,and improve their own professional level.Discipline competition should be organizational.It is necessary to establish and perfect management system,scientifically organize and plan process,effectively summarize experience,individually train student professional learning,and guarantee the high quality of discipline competition.It is suggested to actively contact the college in the surrounding cities and areas,jointly organize discipline competition activities,and learn from the strong points of other colleges,to achieve the effect of communication and promotion.Students has effectively promoted the richness,autonomy and innovation of learning.
