摘要
分析新时代新医科2.0背景下,原本科医学影像超声方向人才培养课程体系存在的弊端,以需求为导向确定医学影像超声方向人才培养目标,以问题为导向确定培养规格,以岗位胜任力为导向改革教学内容与课程体系,以产出导向和临床问题解决建设超声教材,采用基于医学影像学本科专业平台系统化特色模块的教学策略,重构和优化超声医学课程体系,以问题解决开展教学实践。校内教学初步实践的调查显示,新的教学内容与课程体系,有效地提升了学生对课程内容、时间安排、教学方法、课程评价的满意度。
This article analyzes the shortcomings in the training curriculum system for medical imaging( ultrasound) talents in the original department under the background of the new medical science 2. 0 in the new era. We are demand-oriented to determine the training goals of medical imaging( ultrasound) talents,problem-oriented to determine training specifications,post-competency-oriented to reform teaching content and curriculum systems,and output-oriented and clinical problem-solving to build ultrasound teaching materials. We adopt the teaching strategy based on the systematic characteristic modules of the undergraduate professional platform of medical imaging,reconstruct and optimize the ultrasound medical curriculum system,and carry out teaching practice w ith problem solving. The survey of the preliminary teaching practice in the school show s that the new teaching content and curriculum system can effectively improve students’ satisfaction w ith curriculum content,time arrangement,teaching methods,and curriculum evaluation.
