摘要
研究选取了2009-2019年安徽省16个市的面板数据,首先通过构建数据包络DEA模型测算安徽省金融资源配置效率,然后使用空间邻接矩阵去构建空间杜宾模型(SDM)测算安徽省金融资源配置效率对产业结构升级的空间溢出效应。实证表明:第一,安徽省金融资源在空间上的配置情况是不均衡的,金融资源配置效率总体上表现出由南向北逐渐降低的趋势,皖南和皖中地区显著优于皖北地区;第二,安徽省金融资源配置效率对产业结构升级明显产生正向的空间溢出效应,本市金融资源配置效率的提升可以有效的推动本地产业结构的升级,同时针对省内周围城市的产业结构升级也产生了明显的推动作用;第三,安徽省产业结构升级有着强烈的空间正相关性。最后,提出一些针对性的建议以优化金融资源配置,推动安徽省产业结构升级。
This study selected the panel data of 16 cities in Anhui Province from 2009 to 2019.Firstly,the DEA model was used to measure the allocation efficiency of financial resources in Anhui Province,and then the spatial Dubin model was constructed by using spatial adjacency matrix to study the spatial spillover effect of the allocation efficiency of financial resources on the upgrading of industrial structure in Anhui Province.The results show that:first,the spatial allocation of financial resources in Anhui Province is unbalanced,and the allocation efficiency of financial resources decreases from south to north geographically.The southern and middle Anhui regions are significantly better than the northern Anhui.Secondly,the efficiency of financial resource allocation has obvious positive spatial spillover effect in Anhui Province.Improving the efficiency of local financial resource allocation can promote the upgrading of local industrial structure and the upgrading of industrial structure in the surrounding areas of Anhui Province.Thirdly,industrial structure upgrading in Anhui Province has a strong spatial positive correlation.In view of this,some suggestions are put forward to optimize the allocation of financial resources and promote the industrial structure upgrading.
