摘要
在我国新型城镇化不断加快的背景下,为了实现以人为本、城乡协同发展、产业结构升级等目标,探索新型农村社区建设中高质量公共服务的供给机制。本文主要通过案例研究,并以新型农村社区建设中公共服务供给问题作为研究主线,首先以卫辉市唐庄镇四和社区为研究案例,分析目前我国新型农村社区中公共服务治理的不足之处;其次从基础建设、政策激励及组织保障三个方面,提出了改善地方政府公共服务治理的政策建议;最后对新型农村社区中高质量公共服务的供给意义进行了总结。
In the context of the continuous advancement of new urbanization in China,the supply mechanism of quality public services in the construction of new rural communities are explored in order to achieve people-oriented management,coordinated urban and rural development,upgraded industrial structure and other goals.This paper focuses on public service supply in the construction of new rural communities.First,it takes the Sihe Community of Tangzhuang Town as an example and comprehensively analyses and sorts out the inadequacies of public service governance in new rural communities in China.Second,it puts forward the policy recommendations for improving local government's public service governance from the three aspects of infrastructure construction,policy incentives and organizational security.Finally,the significance of public service supply in new rural communities is summarized.
