摘要
世界技能大赛是最高层级的世界性职业技能赛事。2019年,我国第5次组团出征,63名选手参加了全部56个项目的比赛,亦包括首次参加的健康和社会照护项目。该项目以真实案例和任务为基础,演员扮演的标准化病人为配合,在模拟真实的场景中展现选手的沟通和动手能力,体现健康和社会照护的精髓。文章介绍了世界技能大赛及健康和社会照护项目的概况及我国参与比赛的情况,分析了比赛的组织实施特点,并对我国护理职业技能人才培养进行思考,旨在探讨通过参加国际赛事促进我国护理职业技能教育发展的新途径。
The WorldSkills Competition is the highest-level vocational skills competition worldwide.In 2019,the Chinese delegation took part in the competition for the fifth time,63 Chinese competitors participated in all 56 projects,including the health and social care project for the first time.The project was guided by case description and tasks.With standardized patients played by actors,the competitors need to show their communication and practical abilities in simulated real scenes,reflecting the essence of health and social care.This article introduces the WorldSkills Competition,health and social care project and the current situation of the Chinese competitor,analyzes the characteristics of competition organization and implementation and considers vocational skill training in China,aiming to explore a new approach to promote the development of vocational skill education in China by participating in international competitions.
