摘要
目的探讨有晶体眼后房型人工晶体植入术(implantable collamer lens,ICL)术中减少粘弹剂残留的安全有效的方法,减少术后粘弹剂残留引起的早期高眼压。方法回顾性分析2015年6月至2017年10月本院收治的ICL手术患者246例(486眼),分为A组(n=110)(212眼)与B组(n=136)(274眼),A组为常规手术组,B组为改良手术组,比较两组因粘弹剂残留导致术后早期高眼压的发生率。结果A组212眼,高眼压48眼,高眼压发生率为22.64%;B组274眼,高眼压13眼,高眼压发生率仅为4.74%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);A组粘弹剂残留及术后早期高眼压发生率均明显高于B组。结论改良手术方法可明显减少粘弹剂残留引起的术后早期高眼压。
Objective To explore the safe and effective method of removing viscoelastic material in implantation of implantable collamer lens(ICL)to reduce the rate of early high intraocular pressure.Methods Retrospective analysis of 246 patients(486 eyes)with ICL from June 2015 to October 2017,they were divided into group A(n=110)(212 eyes)and group B(n=136)(274 eyes).The intraoperative conventional washing method was used in group A,and the rinse“four-step method”was used in group B.The incidence of early postoperative high intraocular pressure caused by viscoelastic residue were compared between the two groups.Results There were 212 eyes in group A,48 eyes with high intraocular pressure,the incidence of high intraocular pressure was 22.64%;and 274 eyes in group B,13 eyes with high intraocular pressure,the incidence of high intraocular pressure was only 4.74%;the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.01).The residual of viscoelastic material and high intraocular pressure of group A was significantly higher than that of group B.Conclusion The improved operation method can significantly reduce the early postoperative high intraocular pressure caused by viscoelastic residue.
