“三导向”人才培养模式下医学留学生人文素质养成路径探索 被引量:3

摘要 伴随医学模式的转变、患者需求的与日俱增,对医学生的人文素质教育水平提出了更高要求。人文素质的欠缺将会导致学生难以适应未来工作,既不能与患者及家属保持良好的沟通,也无法满足患者身心需求,以至于影响治疗效果。因此,文章基于学校"三导向"人才培养模式,分析留学生人文素质教育存在问题,从加强师资队伍的人文素养建设、深化人文课程内涵、注重在实践教学等环节加强人文渗透,探索医学留学生人文素质教育的新路径,以帮助留学生更好地适应多元文化的同时,学会适应国际通行的医疗人文环境,提高医学留学生培养质量。 With the change of medical model,patients’demands are increasing day by day,which put forward higher requirements for medical students’humanistic quality education level.The lack of humanistic quality will make it difficult for students to adapt to the future work.They will not be able to maintain good communication with patients and their families,nor can they meet needs of patients,which will affect the treatment effects.Therefore,this article based on our"three orientation"training mode,analyzed the existing problems.According to strengthening the construction of faculty resource of humanities,deepening the connotation of humanities courses,strengthen humanistic osmosis in clinical practice teaching part,explore the new paths of medical students humanities quality education,to help students adapt to the cultural diversity better,and learn to suit the international prevailing medical humanities environment at the same time,to improve the medical students training quality.
