摘要 对于病例的讨论和探索是神经科继续医学教育的重要内容,通过以病例为基础的学习(case-based learning,CBL)提高神经科医师对疾病的认识和诊治能力。以北京市神经科临床病理讨论会(clinical pathological conference,CPC)为例探讨CBL的具体应用。CPC每月一期围绕两个病例进行,由一家医院提前发布病例资料,参与学习者通过各种自学方式对复杂的病例进行分析、归纳、鉴别、判断,形成小组意见在正式讨论会上汇报,再经过集体讨论、各抒己见,最后病例揭晓,还有专家点评、总结经验和专题讲座。这种CBL模式,培养和提高了神经科医师的临床思维能力和自主学习能力,最大化资源共享,帮助医师在病例学习的过程中掌握诊治疾病的真本领。 Discussion and exploration of cases is an important part of continuing medical education of neurology department.Neurologists can improve their knowledge and ability of diagnosis and treatment of diseases through casebased learning(CBL).The clinical pathological conference(CPC)of neurology in Beijing was taken as an example to explore the application of CBL.CPC is conducted once a month around two cases.A hospital releases the case data in advance.The participants analyze,summarize,identify and judge the complex cases through various self-study methods.Group opinions are formed and are reported in formal discussion.When collective discussion,each could express one’s own view.Then,answers of the cases are disclosed.Finally,there are expert comments,experience summary and special lecture.The CBL mode can cultivate and improve the clinical thinking ability and self-directed learning ability of neurologists,maximize resource sharing,and help doctors master the real ability of diagnosis and treatment of diseases through the process of case learning.
