摘要
为了维护和平反对侵略,1950年宁夏各族各界人民在中国共产党宁夏省委及宁夏人民政府的领导、动员和组织下,展开了和平签名运动。宁夏的和平签名运动分为前后两个阶段,即5月初到6月底为第一个阶段,该阶段动员签名的机构少且方式单一、动员面小,因而签名人数较少;6月底到10月中旬为第二个阶段,该阶段动员机构增加、动员方式多样、动员对象广泛,和平签名运动深入到了每一条街道每一个乡村,因而签名人数多,和平签名运动最终获得了成功。这场运动不仅提高了宁夏人民的政治觉悟,为党在多民族聚居地区动员民众积累了经验,为抗美援朝运动的全面动员打下了坚实的基础,而且其作为世界和平签名运动的一部分,在一定程度上也维护了世界和平。
In order to maintain peace and oppose aggression,the people of all ethnic groups in Ningxia launched a peace signing campaign in 1950 under the leadership,mobilization,and organization of the Ningxia Provincial Party Committee and the Ningxia Provincial Government.The peace signing campaign in Ningxia was divided into two phases;the first phase was from the beginning of May to the end of June.In this phase,the method was simple and the mobilization was small,so the number of signatures was small.The second phase was from the end of June to mid-October.In this stage,the number of mobilization agencies was increased because the mobilization methods are diverse,and the mobilization targets are wide.The peace signing campaign has appealed to many people in every street and every village,so there are a large number of signatures.Finally,it made great success.This movement not only raised the political awareness of the people,accumulated experience for the party to mobilize the people in the multi-ethnic areas,and laid a solid foundation for the full mobilization of the Anti-US and Aid Korea movement,but also maintained the world peace.
