摘要
可伐合金4J29是光通信市场应用广泛的合金材料,本文通过分析一种光通信器件的结构原理及其生产流程,阐述了其外壳材料4J29合金热轧带材在整个生产过程中需注意的质量问题,并从化学成分、机械性能、晶粒度等方面提出了进一步提高产品质量的方法,以满足高性能光通信市场的需求。
Kovar alloy 4J29 is widely used in optical communication market.According to a production process of optical communication device shell,this paper analyzes the quality problems of 4J29 hot rolled strip used as raw material in the whole production process,and puts forward the methods to further improve the product quality from the aspects of chemical composition,mechanical properties and grain size,so as to meet the the demand of high performance optical communication market.
