摘要
介绍了一种新型的U肋外侧角焊缝焊接设备——U肋埋弧外焊机器人焊接系统。对多种U肋规格的U肋外侧角焊缝进行了焊接测试并对焊接结果进行了对比。对比分析U肋埋弧外焊机器人焊接系统与气体保护焊U肋焊接机器人以及U肋埋弧外焊专机之间的区别,得出其相对的优势和缺点,并提出了对设备改善和优化的建议,展望了其应用前景。
A new type of U-rib outer fillet welding equipment:U-rib submerged arc external welding robot welding system is introduced.Welding tests were carried out on the outer fillet welds of U-ribs with various U-rib specifications and the welding results were compared.The differences between the U-rib submerged arc external welding robot welding system,the gas shielded U-rib welding robot and the U-rib submerged arc external welding machine are compared and analyzed,and their relative advantages and disadvantages are obtained.And put forward suggestions for equipment improvement and optimization,and look forward to its application prospects.
