摘要
利用MATLAB软件平台开发车轴强度计算软件,实现地铁车辆的动力和非动力车轴在空气制动、电制动、混合制动、驱动等工况下的全断面力矩图绘制、不同断面结构应力校核等功能,不仅覆盖了现有车轴强度标准规定的车轴类型和工况,还考虑了动力车轴中齿轮的传动细节,并结合地铁车辆的实际制动需求增加了低速区混合制动工况。结果表明,对车轴强度计算中综合多种实际工况进行比较分析是有必要的,该软件的开发对地铁车辆车轴设计是有意义的。
Use MATLAB software platform to develop axle strength calculation software.Realize the functions of drawing the full-section moment diagram of the power and non-power axles of subway vehicles under air braking,electric braking,hybrid braking,driving and other working conditions,and checking the stress of different section structures.It not only covers the axle types and working conditions stipulated by the existing axle strength standards,but also increases the consideration of the details of the gear transmission in the power axles,and combines the actual braking requirements of subway vehicles to increase the low-speed hybrid braking working conditions.The results show that it is necessary to compare and analyze multiple actual working conditions in the calculation of axle strength,and the development of this software is meaningful for the design of subway vehicle axles.
