摘要 针对名义应力法和热点应力法对处于多轴应力状态下的疲劳问题展现出的局限性,采用结构应力法研究焊接构架的疲劳累积损伤。以悬挂式单轨车辆转向架焊接构架为研究对象,根据EN13749标准制定了构架的12级疲劳载荷谱。总结归纳出基于结构应力法针对转向架焊接构架的虚拟疲劳试验流程,并对构架进行了累积损伤计算。结果表明:各焊缝累积损伤总值均小于1,满足疲劳设计的要求,其中损伤最大值为0.713;该方法可以有效地识别焊缝上各节点在每级载荷谱下的损伤值,这对构架的设计修改具有很好的指导意义。 In view of the limitations of nominal stress method and hot spot stress method for fatigue problems under multiaxial stress,the structural stress method is used to study the fatigue cumulative damage of welded frames.Taking the welded frame of the suspended monorail vehicle bogie as the research object,the 12-level fatigue load spectrum of the frame is formulated according to the EN13749 standard.Summarize the virtual fatigue test process based on the structural stress method for the bogie welded frame,and calculate the cumulative damage of the frame.The results show that the total cumulative damage value of each weld is less than 1,which meets the requirements of fatigue design,and the maximum damage value is 0.713.This method can effectively identify the damage value of each node on the weld under the load spectrum of each level,which has a good guiding significance for the design modification of the frame.
