摘要
目的采用高频超声方法,检测了解健康成人面部多个部位皮肤表皮及真皮厚度。方法招募108例健康成人,采用24 MHz高频超声检测前额、眉间、眼睑、颞部、鼻背、颧骨、面颊和下颌8个部位表皮及真皮厚度。结果在面部的不同部位,前额表皮最厚(0.2089±0.0313)mm,面颊真皮最厚(1.0542±0.2866)mm,眼睑处的表皮(0.1735±0.0271)mm和真皮(0.6200±0.1332)mm都是最薄的(P<0.05);男性面部8个部位的表皮、真皮厚度均显著大于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);无论男性还是女性,<40岁组的前额、眉间、眼睑、颞部、颧骨、面颊及下颌的真皮厚度均显著大于≥40岁组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康成人面部不同部位的表皮、真皮厚度有差异;男性面部表皮、真皮厚度均大于女性;年龄影响面部真皮厚度。
Objective To measure the thickness of epidermis and dermis at multiple sites of healthy adults by using high-frequency ultrasound.Methods A total of 108 healthy adults were enrolled.The thickness of epidermis and dermis were measured by 24 MHz high-frequency ultrasound at 8 sites,including the forehead,glabella,eyelid,temple,nasal dorsum,zygoma,cheek and submaxill.Results Among the 8 sites of face,the epidermis of the forehead(0.2089±0.0313)mm was the thickest and the dermis of the cheek was the thickest(1.0542±0.2866)mm.The epidermis and dermis were thinnest at the cheek[(0.1735±0.0271)mm and(0.6200±0.1332)mm],(P<0.05);The thickness of the epidermis and dermis at the 8 sites of face were significantly higher in male adults than that in the female.Whether male or female,the thickness of dermis at the forehead,glabella,eyelid,temple,zygoma,cheek and submaxill in<40 years old group were significantly higher than that in≥40 years old group(P<0.05).Conclusion The thickness of facial epidermis and dermis in different sites of healthy adults are different.The thickness of epidermis and dermis in male adults are thicker than that in female adults.Age affects the thickness of dermis.
