摘要
[目的]为了及时掌握牛口蹄疫免疫后的免疫效果,为口蹄疫防控提供理论依据。[方法]张掖市动物疫病预防控制中心每年春秋两季集中免疫后对全市6县(区)送检的牛口蹄疫免疫血清开展了免疫抗体检测,为科学评价免疫效果提供了理论依据。[结果]2014—2020年,共检测牛O型口蹄疫免疫血清12328份,抗体合格10910份,平均合格率88.50%;共检测牛亚洲Ⅰ型口蹄疫检测血清3140份,抗体合格2651份,平均合格率84.43%;共监测牛A型口蹄疫免疫血清5680份,抗体合格4921份,平均合格率86.64%;各年度平均抗体合格率均达到了农业农村部要求的免疫抗体合格率≥70%的标准。
[Objective]In order to grasp the immune effect of cattle FMD and provide theoretical basis for prevention and control of FMD,[Method]Zhangye animal disease prevention and control center carried out immune antibody detection on FMD immune serum from 6 counties(districts)of the city,which provided theoretical basis for scientific evaluation of immune effect.[Results]From 2014 to 2020,a total of 12328 bovine O type FMD immune serum samples were tested,and 10910 antibodies were qualified,with an average pass rate of 88.50%;a total of 3140 bovine Asia I type FMD immune serum samples were tested,and 2651 antibodies were qualified,with an average pass rate.84.43%;a total of 5680 bovine A type FMD immune serum samples were monitored,and 4921 antibodies were qualified,with an average pass rate of 86.64%.The average qualified rate of antibodies in each year had reached the standard that the qualified rate of immune antibodies is greater than or equal to 70%required by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.
