摘要
脑瘤是一类临床常见的中枢神经系统肿瘤,扶正固本、清热解毒、活血化瘀和化痰通络类中药复方在临床脑瘤的辅助及增强治疗方面取得了显著的疗效。中药复方主要通过抑制脑肿瘤细胞和肿瘤干细胞的增殖及侵袭、抗新生血管生成、逆转免疫抑制微环境和抑制端粒酶活性等多种途径发挥抗脑肿瘤作用。文章就近年来中药复方在脑瘤治疗中的临床应用和实验研究进展进行简单综述,为今后更好地研究和开发抗脑肿瘤中药复方提供文献参考。
Traditional Chinese medicine compound about strengthening and consolidating body resistance,clearing heat-toxicity,promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis,transforming phlegm and freeing the network vessels,has achieved remarkable effects in the auxiliary and intensive treatment of clinical brain tumors,which is a common type of clinical tumor of primary central nerve system(CNS)nowadays.It mainly exerts anti-brain tumor effects through various ways,including inhibiting proliferation and invasion of brain tumor cells and cancer stem cells,anti-angiogenesis,reversing immunosuppressive microenvironment and inhibiting telomerase activity.In this paper,the progress of anti-brain tumor clinical application and experimental study of traditional Chinese medicine compound in recent years was reviewed,which provided literature references for better research and development of anti-brain tumor traditional herbal formula in the future.
