摘要
放射治疗为临床治疗胸部恶性肿瘤的常用方法之一,同时会使心脏暴露于高剂量的电离辐射中而引起心脏损伤,导致放射性心脏病。基于中医气血理论,辨证论治分析,放射性心脏病是以气血亏虚为主,热毒、血瘀、痰浊并存的本虚标实的慢性疾病;治疗当以补益气血为主,兼以清热解毒、活血化瘀、化痰除浊。临证以病证结合、扶正祛邪为指导思想,从气血角度出发,可提高放射性心脏病治疗的临床疗效。
Radiotherapy is one of the commonly-used methods for clinical treatment of thoracic malignant tumors.At the same time,it exposes the heart to high dose of ionizing radiation and cause cardiac injury,resulting in radioactive heart disease.Based on the theory of Qi and blood in traditional Chinese medicine and syndrome differentiation,radioactive heart disease is a chronic disease characterized by deficiency of Qi and blood,coexistence of heat toxin,blood stasis and phlegm turbidity.The treatment should focus on invigorating Qi and blood,and also on clearing away heat and toxic materials,promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,eliminating phlegm and turbidity.Clinical indications are guided by the combination of disease and syndrome,strengthening body resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors.From the point of view of Qi and blood,the clinical efficacy of radioactive heart disease treatment can be improved.
