摘要
透法是孙增涛教授治疗肺病的常用大法,根据肺系疾病的不同特点,孙教授常常将透法具体分为以下几种类型:祛风透邪法、宣郁透邪法、分消透邪法、通里透邪法、养正透络法。孙教授主张"无论寒热,皆可透之",临床疗效显著。笔者有幸跟随孙增涛教授学习,特将其运用透法治疗肺病经验做一总结。
The penetrating method is a common method used by Professor SUN Zengtao to treat lung diseases.According to the different characteristics of lung diseases,Professor SUN often divides the method into the following types:the method of dispelling wind and penetrating evils,the method of dispersing depression and penetrating evils,the method of eliminating and penetrating evils,the method of dredging the internal and penetrating evils,the method of nourishing vital Qi and penetrating evils.Professor SUN advocates that"either cold or heat can be penetrated",and the clinical effect is remarkable.The author was fortunate to learn follow Professor SUN Zengtao,and made a summary of his experience in the treatment of lung diseases.
