摘要
阴阳学说是中医理论的基石,是中医学的理论工具和方法论。阴阳学说从朴素的唯物辩证思想发展渗透至中医学领域,阐释生命起源和本质,人体的生理病理变化,其认识演变历时漫长。两千年来一直将其局限于"阴阳者,有名而无形也"的抽象概念,何复东老中医经过多年理论研究与临床实践,并借鉴上海沈自尹院士对"肾本质"的实验研究思路,创新了阴阳学说理论(即破解阴阳)——认为阴阳在人体生理病理状态下的物质基础为自主神经系统调控的遍布全身的神经内分泌免疫网络,并将该理论应用指导临床实践,实现中医精准医疗,充分发挥了中医诊疗"简、便、廉、验"的优势。
Yin-yang theory is the cornerstone of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,is the theoretical tool and methodology of traditional Chinese medicine.The development of yin-yang theory from the simple dialectical materialism to the field of traditional Chinese medicine explains the origin and nature of life,physiological and pathological changes of the human body,its understanding of the evolution of a long time.Two thousand years has been limited to its"yin and yang,the famous and intangible"abstract concepts.After years of theoretical research and clinical practice of TCM,and with member of Shanghai Shen Ziyin experimental research train of thought of"kidney essence",He Fudong innovates the theory of yin and yang theory(namely breaking yin and yang)-think of yin and yang in the human body physiological and pathological state of material basis for the autonomic nervous system regulation of neuroendocrine immune network throughout the body,and to apply the theory to guide the clinical practice,to achieve precision of traditional Chinese medicine health care,and give full play to the advantages of TCM diagnosis and treatment of"simple,convenient,cheap and effective".
