摘要
现代医学对慢性硬膜下血肿的治疗以手术治疗为主,极少数出血量少、无明显脑功能损害的无症状患者可以采用非手术治疗,或任其自行吸收或机化,本例患者外伤后3个月余出现头痛、呕吐,头颅核磁提示中线结构偏移,侧脑室明显受压,通过通窍活血汤治疗使得血肿消失,为中医临床治疗外科疾病提供依据。
the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma in modern medicine is mainly surgical treatment.Few asymptomatic patients with little blood loss and no obvious brain function damage can be treated by non-surgical treatment,or be absorbed or organized by themselves.This patient developed headache and vomiting half a year after trauma.The brain MRI showed that the midline structure was deviated,and the lateral ventricle was obviously compressed The hematoma disappeared,providing the basis for clinical treatment of surgical diseases.
