摘要
新时代,高校党建工作与思想政治教育协同育人模式虽取得较大成效,但仍存在高校党建工作与思想政治教育融合不够、师资队伍建设有待加强以及教育方式陈旧等现实问题。通过构建两者协同育人环境、加强师资队伍建设和创新教育教学形式等措施,可完善高校党建工作与思想政治教育协同育人模式。
At present,there are such problems in the cooperative education mode of the party construction and ideological and political education in universities as the insufficient integration of the two,the inadequate teaching staff,and the obsolete education methods.The cooperative education mode can be improved through establishing a environment,strengthening the construction of teaching staff and innovating on the education methods.
