摘要
目的探讨自拟益气养阴方对弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者的临床意义。方法选取2018年1月—2020年1月在丹东市中医院内四科就诊的弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者60例,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组30例采取常规治疗,试验组30例在对照组的基础上采取自拟益气养阴方进行治疗,比较2组患者的临床有效率和不良反应发生情况。结果试验组临床总有效率为76.67%(23/30),对照组临床总有效率为66.7%(20/30),试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组白细胞(WBC)降低2例、血小板(PLT)降低4例、血红蛋白(Hb)降低17例、胃肠道反应4例,对照组WBC降低6例、PLT降低10例、Hb降低24例、胃肠道反应10例,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟益气养阴方对弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者的临床效果显著,可以有效改善临床症状,减少不良反应的发生,值得在临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of benefiting qi and nourishing yin recipe in patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma.Methods 60 patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases)and the experimental group(30 cases).The control group received conventional treatment,and the experimental group received self-designed benefiting qi and nourishing yin recipe on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficiency and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 76.67%(23/30),and the total clinical effective rate of the control group was 66.7%(20/30),the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,WBC decreased in 2 cases,PLT decreased in 4 cases,hemoglobin decreased in 17 cases,and gastrointestinal reaction decreased in 4 cases.In the control group,WBC decreased in 6 cases,PLT decreased in 10 cases,Hb decreased in 24 cases,and gastrointestinal reaction decreased in 10 cases.The experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Benefiting qi and nourishing yin recipe has a significant clinical effect on patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
