摘要
目的探讨CT、MRI增强扫描检查过程中采用规范化护理干预的应用效果。方法选取2018年10月-2019年10月在我院行CT与MRI检查的270例患者作为观察对象,对照组(n=135)实施常规护理;研究组(n=135)采用规范化护理干预,评价两种护理模式的临床价值。结果(1)舒适度:研究组生理、心理、文化、环境等各方面的主观舒适度评分均高于对照组。(2)图像质量:研究组合格率97.04%(131/135),显著高于对照组91.11%(123/135)。(3)不良反应:研究组7例,发生率5.19%;对照组17例(12.59%)。差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论规范化护理干预应用于CT、MRI增强扫描检查中,能够提高患者的舒适度与配合程度,减少不良反应,保证检查的顺利进行,具备应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of standardized nursing intervention in CT and MRI enhanced scanning.Methods 270 patients who underwent CT and MRI examination in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the observation objects.The control group(n=135)was given routine nursing care.The study group(n=135)used standardized nursing intervention to evaluate the clinical value of the two nursing modes.Results(1)Comfort:subjective comfort scores in the physical,psychological,cultural,and environmental aspects of the study group were higher than those of the control group(2)Image quality:the study combination rate was 97.04%(131/135),which was significantly higher than the control group,91.11%(123/135).(3)Adverse reactions:7 cases in the study group with an incidence of 5.19%;17 cases in the control group(12.59%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized nursing intervention applied to CT and MRI enhanced scans can improve patient comfort and coordination,reduce adverse reactions,ensure the smooth progress of the examination,and has application value.
