摘要
目的探究硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠高血压患者的临床治疗效果。方法择选2019年3月—2020年3月,该院收治的妊娠期高血压患者80例为研究对象,依照随机分组原则,分为研究组和对照组两组,每组患者人数相等。对照组行硫酸镁注射液治疗方案,研究组在此基础上行硝苯地平治疗方案,两组患者均接受1个疗程7 d的治疗。治疗后,分别就两组患者的血压水平和相关进行对比,评价两种方法的疗效。结果研究组治疗后的收缩压(133.5±20.2)mmHg、舒张压(83.2±11.4)mmHg、血浆黏度(2.53±0.34)mPa·s、血细胞比容(32.22±4.65)%、24 h尿蛋白定量(1.45±0.37)g/24 h、红细胞聚集指数(20.44±2.02)明显优于对照组的(144.7±28.3)mmHg、(98.5±15.2)mmHg、(3.68±0.95)mPa·s、(38.74±6.92)%、(1.96±0.33)g/24 h、(24.78±2.14),差异有统计学意义(t=2.037、5.092、7.208、4.946、6.505、9.327,P<0.05)。结论妊娠高血压综合征患者行硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗方案疗效显著,可进一步控制患者血压稳定,降低高血压带来的各类风险。
Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods From March 2019 to March 2020,80 patients with hypertension during pregnancy in the hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of randomization,they were divided into two groups:study group and control group,with the same number of patients in each group.The control group received magnesium sulfate injection treatment,and the study group received nifedipine treatment on this basis.Both groups received a course of treatment for 7 d.After treatment,the blood pressure levels and correlation of the two groups of patients were compared to evaluate the efficacy of the two methods.Results After treatment,the systolic blood pressure(133.5±20.2)mmHg,diastolic blood pressure(83.2±11.4)mmHg,plasma viscosity(2.53±0.34)mPa·s,hematocrit(32.22±4.65)%,24 h urine protein quantitative(1.45±0.37)g/24 h,red blood cell aggregation index(20.44±2.02)were significantly better than the control group(144.7±28.3)mmHg,(98.5±15.2)mmHg,(3.68±0.95)mPa·s,(38.74±6.92)%,(1.96±0.33)g/24 h,(24.78±2.14),the difference were statistically significant(t=2.037,5.092,7.208,4.946,6.505,9.327,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine for patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension has a significant curative effect,which can further control the patient's blood pressure stability and reduce various risks caused by hypertension.
