摘要
目的探讨轮状病毒抗原检测对婴幼儿腹泻进行诊断的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2018年1月—2019年12月因腹泻到该院就诊的150例患儿的临床资料,全部患儿均接受粪便标本采集,应用胶体金免疫层析法进行A组轮状病毒抗原检测。观察该组患儿的A组轮状病毒阳性率以及不同性别、不同年龄组(0~1岁、>1~2岁、>2~6岁)、不同季节以及不同性状粪便患儿A组轮状病毒阳性率。结果患儿粪便标本中A组轮状病毒抗原阳性检出率为32.00%;>1~2岁组患儿的阳性检出率最高,不同年龄段A组轮状病毒抗原阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);秋冬季节A组轮状病毒抗原阳性率高于春夏季节,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);黏液便或水样便腹泻患儿的A组轮状病毒抗原阳性率较高。结论A组轮状病毒为婴幼儿腹泻发生的主要病原体之一,尽早开展轮状病毒抗原检测工作,可为患儿疾病诊断与治疗提供指导。
Objective To explore the clinical value of rotavirus antigen detection in the diagnosis of infant diarrhea.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 150 children who visited the hospital due to diarrhea from January 2018 to December 2019.All the children received stool specimens and applied colloidal gold immunochromatography for group A rotavirus antigen Detection.Observed the positive rate of rotavirus in group A of this group of children,as well as children with different genders,different age groups(0-1 years,>1-2 years,>2-6 years),different seasons and different traits of stool group A rotavirus positive rate.Results The positive detection rate of group A rotavirus antigen in stool specimens of children was 32.00%;the positive detection rate of children>1 to 2 years old was the highest,and the difference in the positive rate of group A rotavirus antigen in different age groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the positive rate of rotavirus antigen in group A in autumn and winter is higher than that in spring and summer,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);children with mucus or watery stools with diarrhea are positive for rotavirus antigen in group A The rate was higher.Conclusion Group A rotavirus is one of the main pathogens of infant diarrhea.The early detection of rotavirus antigens can provide guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in children.
