摘要
目的评价金银花含漱液对口腔治疗超声洁治周边空气中细菌总数的影响。方法采取现场采样和细菌定量培养方法,对不同干预方法影响洁牙治疗周边空气细菌数的效果进行评价。选取中度和重度慢性牙周炎患者各72例,按照随机数字表法将同种程度的牙周炎患者分组。结果洁牙室内经空气消毒机处理使得空气中细菌总数明显降低。洁治开始后室内空气菌数开始回升,重度牙周炎患者治疗开始后菌数增加更明显。以患者头部右侧空气中细菌数最高。在4组干预方案中,以第1组采用金银花液作为含漱液和冷却液,对空气中菌数控制效果更明显。结论金银花液作为洁治前含漱液和操作时的冷却液,对控制洁牙环境空气中细菌数具有一定效果。
Objective To evaluate the effect of honeysuckle liquid on the total number of bacteria in the surrounding air during ultrasonic scaling for periodontitis. Methods The methods of on-site sampling and quantitative bacterial culture were used to evaluate the effects of different intervention methods on the number of bacteria in the surrounding air during ultrasonic scaling. Results The air disinfection treatment in the dental cleaning room significantly reduced the total number of bacteria in the air. After the start of ultrasonic scaling,the indoor air bacteria count began to rise,and the bacteria count increased more significantly after the treatment of severe periodontitis patients started. The number of bacteria in the air on the right side of the patient’s head was the highest. In the 4 groups of intervention protocols,the first group using honeysuckle liquid as gargle and cooling water had a more obvious control effect on the number of bacteria in the air. Conclusion Honeysuckle liquid,as a gargle before ultrasonic scaling and a cooling water during operation,has a certain effect on controlling the number of bacteria in the air of teeth cleaning environment.
