摘要
随着城市地铁的快速发展,对车站主体结构实体质量要求越来越高,以往侧墙施工采用木模板体系时,易产生错缝、漏浆、蜂窝麻面、波浪、渗漏水等质量通病。基于此,本文以某城市地铁主体结构侧墙施工为例,介绍地铁深基坑侧墙大模板支架设计及施工要点,研究表明其可避免上述质量通病的产生,因此对提高地铁车站主体结构质量具有重要意义。
With the rapid development of urban subways,the requirements for the physical quality of the main structure of the station are getting higher and higher.In the past,when the wooden formwork system was used in the construction of the side wall,it was easy to produce common quality defects such as wrong joints,grout leakage,honeycomb pockmark,waves,and water leakage.Based on this,this article takes the construction of the side wall of the main structure of the subway in a certain city as an example to introduce the design and construction points of the large formwork support for the side wall of the deep foundation pit of the subway.It is of great significance.
