摘要 目的探讨表面蝶骨电极在儿童视频脑电图中的作用.方法选取2018年11月—2019年12月苏州大学附属儿童医院神经内科收治的30例患儿行常规头皮电极及表面蝶骨电极视频脑电图检查,对比分析检查结果.结果表面蝶骨电极阳性率明显高于常规头皮电极,且差异具有统计学意义.结论表面蝶骨电极在儿童视频脑电图检查中依从性高,阳性率高,可作为常规检查. Objective To investigate the role of surface sphenoidal electrodes in children*s video EEG.Methods From November 2018 to December 2019,30 children admitted to the Department of Neurology of the Children's Hospital of Soochow University were examined by conventional electrode and surface sphenoidal electrode video EEG,and the results were compared and analyzed.Results The positive rate of the surface sphenoidal electrode was significantly higher than that of the conventional electrode,and there was a statistical difference.Conclusion The surface sphenoidal electrode has high compliance and high positive rate in children's video EEG examination,and can be used as a routine examination.
