摘要
为配合大庆师范学院应用型人才培养模式的转型发展,探讨了“职、实、赛一体化”教学模式在《药理学》课程中的应用。此次教学模式改革主要摸索了“职业精神”融入课堂具体实施方法,建立完善了“模拟药房”情景式教学的具体实施方案,探究了“学生自制微课”在课程中的应用模式。经过两轮学生的新教学模式实践,结果表明:培养了学生良好的职业道德,树立了高度责任感,使学生积极参与课堂教学,活跃了课堂气氛,在实践中新的教学模式真正发挥了作用。
In order to cooperate with the transformation and development of the training mode of applied talents in our university,this project discusses the application of the teaching mode of PPG(P is professional quality;P is practical skill;G is student competition)in the course of Pharmacology.This teaching mode reform mainly explored the specific implementation method of integrating"professional spirit"into the classroom,established and improved the specific implementation plan of"simulated pharmacy"situational teaching,and explored the application mode of"students'self-made micro lesson"in the course.After two rounds of practice of students'new teaching mode,it has cultivated students'good professional ethics,set up high sense of responsibility,made students actively participate in classroom teaching,enlivened the classroom atmosphere.The new teaching model really plays a role in practice.
