摘要
为了解决某型舰炮弹药在进行低温射击试验时出现的底火漏烟问题,通过研究该型弹药的底火结构和作用原理,分析了导致底火漏烟故障产生的原因并应用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件进行了验证,最后根据所分析的原因提出了两项改进措施并通过射击试验验证了所提措施的可行性。
in order to solve the problem of primer smoke leakage of a certain type of naval gun ammunition in the low temperature firing test,through the study of the primer structure and action principle of this type of ammunition,the causes of primer smoke leakage fault are analyzed,and the ANSYS software is applied Finally,according to the reasons analyzed,two improvement measures are put forward,and the feasibility of the proposed measures is verified by shooting test.
