摘要
城市土地规划和管理工作是合理配置土地资源、保护耕地和促进城市发展的基础,其可有效转变城市土地利用和管理方式,是近年来土地资源管理工作的重要内容之一。基于此,本文首先简要介绍了测绘地理信息技术,进而重点从土地调查、土地规划设计、土地勘测界定、动态监测及土地执法五个方面分析论述测绘地理信息技术在城市土地规划和管理中的应用,以供参考。
Urban land planning and management is the basis for rational allocation of land resources,protection of arable land and promotion of urban development.It can effectively transform urban land use and management methods.It is one of the important contents of land resource management in recent years.Based on this,this article first briefly introduces the surveying and mapping geographic information technology,and then focuses on analyzing and discussing the application of the surveying and mapping geographic information technology in urban land planning and management from five aspects:land survey,land planning and design,land survey definition,dynamic monitoring and land law enforcement,for reference.
