摘要
某航空研究所质量管理工作成果丰富,近年来获得了多项国家级、省级及集团的质量荣誉。总结研究其质量管理实践,主要包括塑造优秀的质量文化、构建有效的管理体系、推行先进的质量管理理念和方法,以及把握关键的质量环节等措施。这些卓有成效的质量管理实践为其他航空企业提供了借鉴和启示。航空企业应积极推动全员重视质量管理、采用先进的质量管理模式、加强研发质量管理、推进信息化建设和强化人力资源管理等,以提高质量管理能力和水平。
An aviation research institute has achieved a lot in quality management, and has won a number of national, provincial and group quality honors in recent years. This paper summarizes its practice of quality management, including shaping excellent quality culture, constructing effective management system, implementing advanced quality management concepts and methods, and grasping key quality links. These effective quality management practices provide reference and inspiration for other aviation enterprises. Aviation enterprises should actively make all staff to attach importance to quality management, adopt advanced quality management modes, strengthen R&D quality management, promote information construction and reinforce human resource management, in order to improve quality management ability and level.
