摘要
目的探索脾胃气虚型胃脘痛的理想护理方法。方法将2017年4月—2019年8月我院收治的80例脾胃气虚型胃脘痛患者纳入本研究分组对比,分组的依据为护理方案的差异性,其中40例采用的护理方案为常规护理(设置为对照组),另外40例采用的护理方案为中医护理(设置为观察组),以护理前后的中医症状积分、VAS疼痛评分为观察指标对两组患者的护理效果加以对比。结果护理后,与对照组相比,观察组的各项中医症状积分及VAS疼痛评分更低,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理作为脾胃气虚型胃脘痛患者的护理方案是一种理想选择。
Objective To explore the ideal nursing stomach of on stomachache of Piwei Qixu type.Methods From April 2017 to August 2019,80 cases of patients with stomachache of Piwei Qixu type in our hospital were included in this study.The grouping was based on the difference in nursing plan,40 cases were given routine nursing(set as the control group),and the other 40 cases were given TCM nursing(set as the observation group).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared with the TCM symptom score and VAS pain score before and after nursing.Results After nursing,compared with the control group,the TCM symptom score and VAS pain score of the observation group were lower,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing is an ideal choice for patients with stomachache of Piwei Qixu type.
