摘要
以自主研发车载周视瞄准系统的二维稳定转台为分析对象,通过对系统的任务要求及技术指标分解,同时受结构空间、重量的限制,系统总体布局选用两轴整体稳定结构形式;其次介绍了二维稳定转台的结构特点和重要部件,并分别对方位轴系、俯仰轴系从结构布局、实现方式及测角方式等方面进行详细设计;然后利用有限元法对二维稳定转台进行模态分析,获得其谐振频率,找出结构薄弱环节;最后进行二维稳定转台在随机振动载荷、冲击载荷指定工况下的振动特性分析,得到了光学传感器安装位置的振动加速度响应曲线,根据分析结果得到转台的结构设计和优化策略。结果表明,该型二维稳定转台能够满足车载周视瞄准系统的任务要求,结构方案切实可行,设计合理可靠。
It was studied that a two-dimensional stable turntable for vehicle panoramic sight system.The system layout adopted two-spindle and monolithic stability structure according to the specific task and requirement and technical indices,structural space and weight limit as well.Then Azimuth shafting and pitch shafting were elaborated from the layout structure,driving mode to measuring angle method,as well as the selection calculation of the drive motor.Model analysis was conducted for the stable turntable by using finite element analysis to obtain its resonance frequency and detect the structural weakness.In addition,vibration characteristics were analyzed under random vibration loading and impacting loading,thus obtained vibration acceleration response curve at the location of the optical sensor.Therefore,the result of the analysis caould be used for designing and optimizing the structure.The results showed that such two-dimensional stable turntable for vehicle panoramic sight system met the task and requirement and the design was reasonable and reliable.
