摘要
施工管理贯穿于高铁客站项目建设的全过程中,对高铁客站施工阶段绿色性能等级的影响至关重要。通过参考文献及相关标准,首先建立适应西北地区的高铁客站绿色施工管理综合评估的指标体系,在评价体系中首次引入BIM技术指标;然后采用组合方法将主观权重和客观权重融合,计算得出各指标的最终权重;最后运用灰色关联分析法构建综合评估模型,对西北某高铁客站施工管理绿色性能进行分析,找出关联度影响较大的指标,为制定高铁客站绿色星级等级评价标准提供新的思路与方法。
The Construction management runs through the whole process of high-speed railway station project construction,and it is very important for the green performance level of high-speed railway station in the construction stage.Based on the references and relevant standards,firstly,this paper establishes the comprehensive evaluation index system of green construction management of high-speed railway stations in Northwest China,and introduces BIM technical index into the evaluation system for the first time;then uses the combination method to integrate the subjective weight and objective weight,and calculates the final weight of each index;and finally,uses the grey correlation analysis method to build a comprehensive evaluation model for Northwest China.This paper analyzes the green performance of the construction management of a high-speed railway station,and finds out the indicators that have a greater impact on the correlation degree,so as to provide a new idea and method for formulating the green star rating evaluation standard of high-speed railway station.
