摘要
以福州平潭高铁站站前广场综合体项目为例,介绍了其整体地下室由于尺寸超大所带来的工程问题和难点。分析了超大地下室混凝土构件施工应力及裂缝出现的主要原因,并从结构设计和施工两方面出发,阐述了提高超大地下室施工质量的各种技术措施和施工方案。项目实施效果较好,可为类似工程提供参考。
Taking Fuzhou Pingtan high-speed railway station square complex project as an example,this paper introduces the engineering problems and difficulties caused by the oversized basement.This paper analyzes the main reasons for the construction stress and cracks of the concrete components in the super large basement,and expounds various technical measures and construction schemes for improving the construction quality of the super large basement from two aspects of structural design and construction.The implementation effect of the project is good,which can provide reference for similar projects.
