摘要
现阶段,电子封装技术在电子设备运用中发挥着非常重要的作用,特别是在电子器件功能集成以及布局优化等方面,发挥的作用日益重要,应用需求也大幅度加强。文章主要就微电子封装技术的优势与应用展开详细论述。
At the present stage,electronic packaging technology plays a very important role in the application of electronic equipment,especially in the integration of electronic device functions and layout optimization,playing an increasingly prominent role,the use of demand has been greatly strengthened.This paper discusses the advantages and applications of microelectronic packaging technology in detail.
