摘要
随着我国城市化进程的不断加快,建筑行业在引入新工艺和信息化技术后迎来了又一波发展热潮,工程质量的热度和关注度一直居高不下,工程验收成为了直接反映工程质量情况、提升工程质量水平非常重要的一道关卡。本文结合日常工作发现并阐述了建筑工程分部验收过程中常见的问题,以其为切入点,在分类论述和原因剖析后,提出了针对性的质量管理措施,进一步提高分部验收的质量和效果。
With the continuous acceleration of China's urbanization process,the construction industry has ushered in another wave of development boom after the introduction of new technology and information technology.The heat and attention of project quality has been high.Project acceptance has become a very important checkpoint to directly reflect the project quality and improve the project quality level.Combined with the daily work,this paper found and elaborated the common problems in the process of construction engineering division acceptance,and took it as the breakthrough point,after the classification and analysis of the reasons,it proposed targeted quality management measures to further improve the quality and effect of divisional acceptance.
