摘要 锁口钢管桩围堰因施工便捷、工期较短、结构简单、适用性强、利用率高、安全可靠等一系列显著优点,而成为桥梁承台基坑支护的重要结构形式。本文结合巴河特大桥21#、22#、23#墩承台锁口钢管桩围堰施工实际,细致探讨了桥梁承台锁口钢管桩围堰施工关键技术要点,包括筑岛、钢管桩制作、钢管桩插打、基坑开挖、安装支撑等施工技术。实践证明,在桥梁承台基坑支护时,采用锁口钢管桩围堰施工,对于软弱地质及浅滩河道的围堰挡土有着十分显著的效果。 Because of the advantages of convenient construction,short construction period,simple structure,strong applicability,high utilization rate,safety and reliability,lock steel pipe pile cofferdam has become an important structural form of foundation pit support for bridge bearing platform.In this paper,combined with the construction practice of steel pipe pile cofferdams with 21#、22#、23#pier caps of Bahe Super Large Bridge,this paper discusses the key technical points of cofferdam construction,including island construction,steel pipe pile production,steel pipe pile driving,foundation pit excavation,installation and support,etc.It has been proved by practice that the construction of steel pipe pile cofferdam with lock mouth is very effective for cofferdam retaining soil in weak geology and shoal river course when supporting foundation pit of bridge cap.
