摘要
清末民初,直隶省定县翟城村曾在全国率先实行村级自治,开创了民国乡村自治的先河;1926—1929年,中华平民教育促进会又选择翟城村为其平民教育的实验基地。无论是翟城村当局,还是平教会,均重视以科技手段发展农业生产,遂使翟城村农业科技改良取得一定成效。在总结清末民初国内外农业科技进步的大背景下,文章具体展现翟城村(包括平教会)农业科技改良、推广的成绩与经验,并揭示其对于当前全面推进乡村振兴的启示意义。
At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China,Zhaicheng Village,Ding County,Zhili Province,took the lead in implementing village-level autonomy in the country,being a pioneer for ru⁃ral autonomy in the Republic of China.From 1926 to 1929,the Chinese Civilian Education Promotion Association chose Zhaicheng Village as its experimental base for civilian education.Both of them attached great importance to the development of agricultural production through scientific and technological means,which enabled Zhaicheng Vil⁃lage to achieve certain results in the improvement of agricultural technology.In the background of the progress of ag⁃ricultural science and technology at home and abroad during that period,this paper specifically exhibits the achieve⁃ments and experience of Zhaicheng Village(including the Chinese Civilian Education Promotion Association)in the improvement and extension of agricultural science and technology,and reveals its enlightenments and significance for the current all-round advancement of the rural revitalization.
