摘要
鼓圈是一种以鼓为主团体围圈演奏的打击乐形式,对幼儿园团建工作具有显著意义。教师、保育员等幼教工作者参加鼓圈活动,可以缓解压力、平衡情绪,相互尊重、归属团队,并支持个性成长共生。幼儿园团建开展鼓圈活动有培养锻炼引导师、灵活运行工作坊、阶段体验团体感、升华雕刻个性化、感悟迁移到本职等几个层次和方面的做法。
Drum circle is a form of percussion music played mainly by drums in a group circle,which is of significant significance to the kindergarten team building.Teachers,childcare workers,and other people can participate in drum circle activity,which can help relieve stress,balance emotions,respect each other,enhance awareness of team belonging,support the symbiosis of personality growth.In the kindergarten team building,the implementation of drum circle activity includes several levels and aspects such as cultivating training guides,flexibly running workshops,experiencing the sense of group in stages,sublimating and carving personalization,and migrating perceptions to their own positions.
